From South:
Take Route 1 North. Follow rotary in Newburyport to continue on Route 1. At the first set of lights take a left and an immediate right. At the end of this street take a left and take the first left on Parker St. Building is on Right.

OR…

Take Route 95 North. Get off exit 56 Scotland Rd. Follow off-ramp to the right. Scotland Rd turns into Parker St. Take 1st right. Building is on Right.

From North:
Take Route 1 South. Take a right onto Low St. Take 1st Left (Graf Rd). Graf Rd. Turns into Parker St. Take 1st Left onto Perkins Way. Building is on Right.

Take Route 95 South. Get off exit 56 Scotland Rd. Follow off-ramp to the left. Scotland Rd. turns into Parker St. Take 1st right. Building is on Right.
